My belief is everything goes hand in hand, no point in being strong if you're immobile, no point in looking good if you're not feeling great.
The programme I use was taught to me by my trainers in Thailand. It is designed to help hone your fighting skills, build strength and improve explosive strength. It happens to also improve posture, improve hip and shoulder mobility, strengthen legs, improve core strength and help with toning and definition.

Proper strength and conditioning allows an athlete to strengthen supporting muscles, even out muscle imbalances, increase mobility, correct posture, stabilize joints, learn new movement patterns, enhance coordination and peripheral skills, and so much more.


SPARRING
Strength & Stamina
Take all your skills onto the mats, try out all those combinations you've learnt and implement them in a controlled sparring session. I'll match you up with someone close to your level to make sure its fair. (This is an optional extra)

"I've always been into training, before I'd met Imy I refused to deviate from my training routine. All I did was weight, 5 day split targeting a different part of my body every time I went to the gym. It got really repetitive and honestly, quite boring.
